The infographic I made was on the novel Taft by Ann Patchett. The images that I used for my infographic all represent something from the story. For the characters of the story, I visualised what I think they looked like and used a similar image to represent that character. For example, John is a typical black adult. I used an image of a black person to represent him and to give you an idea of what John is like. Many of the other pictures are just symbols that represent the text above/below them. This story was mostly about love and relationships, so I used many heart-related symbols. The quotations that I chose were the most important quotes in the novel, because they introduce something specific to the reader. They introduce the main characters, settings or conflicts. For instance, the quote on page 92 introduced Taft and the relationship between him and young Carl. This is how I created my infographic on Taft.
